Local preferences

Your appearance, language and analytics choices are stored in your browser’s local storage. These preferences help the site remember your settings.

Google Analytics

When a valid Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept analytics. Rejecting prevents its loading. If you withdraw consent after previously allowing it, the page reloads without the tag; existing analytics cookies are removed where accessible. You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer.

With consent, measurements include page views and may include site searches, chosen language, guide categories and NFC entry source. Do not enter private information into site search. Analytics does not receive the content of your feedback form.

Hosting

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site and processes network requests needed for delivery and protection. Its processing is separate from optional Google Analytics.

Feedback

The feedback form sends your message, the selected request type, the related page and an optional reply email through a Cloudflare Function to BEMU’s configured Telegram chat. Do not include passwords, payment details or identity documents. We do not publish form submissions as GitHub issues. Telegram also processes the delivered message under its own privacy policy.

Messages remain in the recipient’s Telegram chat until removed. To request deletion, submit a removal request identifying your earlier message without resending sensitive details. No automatic deletion period is currently implemented.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for bots. Its verification is required to send a request. Short-lived counters use a salted hash of the network address, with no raw IP or message content stored in those counters; they expire within two hours. A hashed duplicate marker expires after ten minutes. Requests are limited to three per minute and ten per hour per network address; shared connections may share this limit. Opening BEMU, GitHub, maps or source links takes you to another provider. Their own privacy practices apply. This site has no advertising tags.
